WHAT TO WEAR

We don’t want you to have to buy a bunch of new stuff. Wear what feels great and what you’d like to party in, and what makes you feel pretty. All black is the idea and details are below.
Go big - whatever makes you feel like a million bucks.

Ladies

  • Whatever you want.

  • Long all black dress that makes you feel like a million bucks.

    Mid-length is alright if that’s what works best.

    Feel free to have fun with it.

  • Could be cold later - wear whatever works with your outfit.

    We won’t have any jackets on in pictures.

  • Whatever shoes you want to party in. Doesn’t matter what color.

    Wedges, Vans, Doc Martens, platforms, whatever!

    *There may be some mud… maybe bring a picture pair and a comfy pair if it matters to you.

  • Whatever you want - go all out.

    Feel free to wear any color jewelry.

    The big thing is that you feel stunning and yourself!

Gents

  • Any fancy hat or no hat. Doesn’t matter what color - wear what makes you feel food. Cowboy hats and the like are great.

    No snap backs until later.

  • Long sleeve, black, button up long sleeve shirts.

    No jackets needed, just a formal(ish) button up.

  • Black long pants.

    Black jeans are totally okay.

    Any color belt / buckle, wear what makes you feel fancy and pretty.

  • Whatever you want to party in.

    Color doesn’t matter.

    Cowboy boots, everyday boots, Vans, whatever feels good.

  • Wear a any color bolo or black bow or black tie if you want but totally don’t have to.

Weekend Timeline

Do whatever works best for you and show up when you wanna.

  • Friday - Anyone who wants to come help us set up and have some beers, come on! We’ll get there mid-day and set everything up.

    *** If it doesn’t get set up Friday, we’re not doing it - makes it easy and kills the stress. :) ***
    We’re not doing a fancy dinner, pizza and salad for whoever is there.

    • Linz pick up in St. George first thing in AM

      • Pick up cake, bar fruit, and flowers 

    • Linz head to Cave Lakes 

      • Set up bar table

      • Set up gift table

      • Set up / tape down seating shit

    • Bob + guys to Cave lakes

      • Set up chairs and tables when delivered (~3 PM ETA)

        • Wind will be a THING - anything we set up needs to be wind proof lol

        • Put TABLECLOTHS on - tape edges down

        • Put glass bottles with water in them to weigh them down 

          • 1 Small table for Bob + Linz - back center north

          • 1 big table for bar - Under bathroom awning south

          • 2 big tables for dinner food - Under standalone spot

          • 1 small table for cake - Under standalone spot

          • 1 table for favors / gifts sign - don’t care where this lives

            • Koozies 

            • Keychains 

            • IBROS for the bros

      • Set up lights - Kelsey dropping off, keep charging until Saturday

      • Hayden - Bob help with arch (done by 5:30 PM if we can! If not, no worries.)

        • A girl and someone help drape the fabric on arch

    • Ladies + friends

      • Steam *anything* that needs it Friday

        • Dresses

        • ARch fabric

        • Anything a dude is going to forget Saturday

      • Set up candles and whatever other decor items there are

    • Quick cerEmony run-through - 6 PM

      • Walk down - confirm order of peeps

    • Dinner - Pizza order placed ahead of time - pick up at ~7 PM

  • Saturday

    • Bob + Linz breakfast beers + private sappy shit

    • Breakfast - ~8:30 AM - Bob + boys - Kanab Bakery

    • Ladies getting ready in BoB + Linz room + side bathroom

    • First Look - Bob + Linz - 1 PM

    • Bob + Linz pictures - 1:30 - 3 PM 

    • Bar and games arrive - 3:30 PM

      • Games can go on the south or west side of the grassy area (not by food tables, not by bar, not in dance floor - whatever someone decides will be great)

        • Jenga 

        • 4 Cross

      • Bar to be put in front of “bar table” made on Friday facing the lawn

    • Cocktail hour - 4 PM - 4:45 PM 

      • Open bar

    • Gather everyone for ceremony - 4:45 PM - get everyone seated by 5 PM

    • Ceremony actual - 5 PM  

    • Dinner + cocktails - 5:30 PM

      • Picked up at 5:30 PM means there at 5:45 PM 

    • Open mic - 6:30 PM 

      • if anyone would like to share a few words, now is the time!

    • Dance / party / bar 7 PM - ?

    • McDonalds late night pick up - 9:45 PM

  • Sunday

    • All hands who are able to tear down everything - everything can be trashed. 100% do not have to be here this day.
